I am passionate about the waterfront.   My brother is a merchant marine boat captain.  When we talk about mom, we both agree the best gift she gave us was the love of the sea.

Background:  I have 14 years experience with a national mortgage lender. I was a Regional Sales Manager for 5 of those years as well as operations manager for their loan processing center.  I worked directly with appraisal review to determine property evaluation and marketability. I worked with underwriting to determine both collateral (property) and client credit worthiness.  My background is well suited to provide both seller and buyer with the support they need to make an educated choice.

I hold a Bachelor's  degree in business from Northeastern University, Boston MA. I am a licensed RE agent in FL and can sell in all counties. I am A Notary, and have my Life, Health and Annuity license. I am taking courses for a paralegal degree at SFC.

I'm a straight shooter. I'll tell you exactly what I think the property is worth. I won't waste your time with fluffy folders of nonsense. I won't flatter you to get your listing, and then abandon the cause. I am a full time agent. I will respect you and your time. I will respect the fact that you hired me to sell your home or help you buy one. If you're a seller, you'll get what you paid for. If your a buyer, you'll get the best deal possible.

I volunteer with the Charlotte Homeless coalition.  I am a  member of the Charlotte and Fort Myers Chambers.
